If your problem is not resolved:SETUP 2: Right click on the Windows menu > Run. Type dcomcnfg and hit enter. Expand Component Services > My Computer > DCOM Config. Right click Windows Management and Instrumentation and click Properties . Click on the Security tab. Under Access Permissions, select Customize and click Edit Add the account that you wish to grant access to WMI. Restart PC. Good lucky!
