How do companies work?

Hi everyone,

 

 How do the companies work, I play with some friends and just wondering if they can join my company and work for it, and if so how to do it. Also can I create payable jobs in my company for them to complete?

As there is no company system within the multiplayer it is generally just groups of friends trucking with each other.

ahh I see, sorry another question, how would I connect my www.myVTC.net profile to the game one, so it records my stats? not a lot of information provided on the site unfortunately.

There is no way of doing that. You need to enter in your own log book information into your company. Some companies have custom load logging systems, that may contain such features. I've yet to hear of one though.
