Unable to Launch ETS2 MP

When I try to launch TruckersMP. With or without the steam shortcut, it comes up with that message (See attached image).
Any fixes for this?
Also it has only started doing this today :/

Please exit the launcher and exit steam.

 

Please now start steam as admin.

 

Once steam has started, then run the launcher as admin.

It did the same thing :/

@oolala11 It worked, do I need to run both with administrator every time now?

Before you run the launcher, make sure steam is running first.  This usually happens because you pressed the launcher when steam was not running.  If it happens again just follow the same steps.
