Can't start TruckersMP after update

When I start TruckersMP after the new update, I can't start it. If I click 'Yes' (look at the picture) the game will not respond and shutdown. If I click 'No', it says: "Cannot initialize client core. Please try again - if this message still appears please try reinstall modification. Game will now be automatically be terminated." I already re-installed but it says the same error again!

the problem is that you need to update your base game, i.e. Euro Truck Simulator 2.

You can do this by opening steam, clicking Libary and go to downloads. There, you can download the latest ETS2 version and thus play online again.

*Ensure your ETS2 is updated to the latest version via Steam.

 

If the launcher fails to launch even having done the above, then follow what I said below:

 

1. Uninstall the TMP launcher.

2. Head to documents folder 

3. Delete the folder called "ETS2MP" 

4. Re-install TMP launcher.

 

 

Once this has all be completed, re-attempt to launch MP.
