Tried to report a griefer, but the report form says he doesn't exist?

I tried to report a dude who tried to drive past someone and both was heading my way blocking off the road for me, so the dude who grieved drove straight into the other dide causing both to crash, and that sent the griefer's trailer right onto me. but when i went back to the recorded video to fetch his nick and report him through the form, he apparently didn't exist?

Hey @SimplyDuckers, 

 

just open your documents folder, go to ETS2MP, open the folder logs and then open "log_spawning_[DATE]" with Notepad++ for example.

Then hit Ctrl.+F and search for his name. You will find his TruckersMP unique client ID.

 

Copy it and then submit your report because you have now got the perpetrator's ID ^^

If you have spawn log from that day, you can get the TruckersMP ID of the perpetrator.

Yep, found his id  Now just need to choose what to describe it as :S Grieving, or recless driving. What would you classify it as? It could also be ban evading as he quits the game as he crashes.

Reckless Driving, the admin will judge what it is however.

Yeah. How long does it usually take before an admin has looked over the report? A few days?
