Allow game launch? Option Parameters loop

I opened the game, perfectly fine as normal but framerate was garbage so I restarted PC and now when I try to run I get this. I click OK but it just opens again

 

 

Any solution?

 

EDIT: Singleplayer just flashes

Restarted PC and it worked. 

ffs such an easy soltuion why did it take me so long to think of it
