Are you playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 Multiplayer with family sharing?
If yes, you can't do anything here.

 

I just had the same "problem" and I had a long conversation with the support.

I just wanted to play the multiplayer on my main, because one of my accounts got Euro Truck Simulator 2.

It isn't possible to play multiplayer with family sharing. You only can play the multiplayer on your account, which got Euro Truck Simulator 2.

i have ets2 on my main and on my second but i do have family sharing on so i have to turn it off?

So, if I understand you clearly right -

You got Euro Truck Simulator 2 on your main account and on your second account?

On both you paid for the game, or did you share this game to your second account?

But please notice:

You can't play multiplayer, if you are using family sharing!

 

You need to buy this game on your account, even you didn't - you can't play multiplayer.
The support can change your registered steam profile, yes - no problem here.

 

And yes, turn family sharing off!

I have both games on both account NO FAMILY SHARING

and if i just want to change my registered steam profile do i just send a support ticket?
