On a serious note, Admins don't get paid to be on the server, and can therefore not be forced to be on at specific times. Admins do their best to be there when needed but are not always able to. If someone is breaking the rules and reports aren't being answered you can record the rulebreakers or take a screenshot of them, and make a ban request. At bust times you should try to avoid flooded places like Europort and Calais - Duisburg road If you can't impress people with your knowledge, confuse them with your nonsense.
