0ms problem

Hello Truckers

I have a problem. When i enter ETS2MP it says "Connection Established" but i see everyone with 0 ping(0ms) and they are all freezed, like i'm disconnected or sometimes it works fine but after 5 mins all players freeze and it's like i'm disconnected. I have Windows 8.1 and i got to mention that:

-My Internet Connection is running good

-I deactivated the Windows Firewall and it didn't work

-I tried to "Run as administrator"...didn't work

-I reinstalled ETS2MP numerous times but again, it didn't work

If somebody can help me, please.

When you continue playing it make some crash on it will kick you ?

No, i just can continue playing it all i want, is just that all players are freezed and it shows them on TAB with 0ms. Here is a pic with the problem https://postimg.org/image/b49k8kso7/

Nope, nothing like that. Just as i said, 0ms in TAB window to all players except me.
