ETS2MP won't launch

So, i wanted to go play ETS2MP, i launch the game, and a windows pop up from steam, saying "Euro Truck Simulator 2 is attempting to launch with optional parameters shown below" and there are no parameters shown because i dont have any custom launch settings. I press OK and the singleplayer of the game launches, multiplayer wont launch.

Step 1
Logout of steam,
Step 2 
Login to steam,
Step 3
Go In-Game again,
Step 4
