ATSMP Offline mode

Sometimes when i go to play ATSMP I load the multiplayer but when i go into the game it says offline in the top right corner, and I also check the server status on the website and it says they are all up. so why do i go into offline mode?

EDIT: It got fixed shortly after my first post.

 

I have the same issue right now. "Connection refused" error telling me to restart my game and try again, which I did multiple times. Looks like it's a server-side issue, not you. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
