Game crashes when taking road service

I played ETS2 MP for the first time today, I managed to flip my car, I tried calling road service with the F7 menu. When I did, the whole screen turned black, sound was working, but it would stay like that for the whole time. If I tried to close the window, it would still be stuck on the black screen, meaning I have to turn off my PC each time I need road service. 

Any fix for this?

Can you wait a bit more? If your PC is bad you'll have to wait 2 min or more... But normally if you wait, it will de-freeze itself.

I tried to make a new profile, but the problem continues, this time I could not finish a delivery since it gave no "press enter" message when at the destination, I canceled the job and it crashed the PC as usual.
