Problem (no jobs / game crash when using ferry)

Hello guys,i have a problem when i try to play MP.I enter on the game but i have no jobs,i go in a parking lot to sleep but the game freeze and crash,the next one is when i try to go on eurotunel or with the ferry the game do the same thing,freeze and after that crash.I hope somebody can help me with this problem to resolve it.

No i dont have any workers, only 2 garages i started a new  profile when i come back to the MP.

Edit: Used the save file you provided and getting the same error from the game (not responding)
