Won't connect to EU#2. How to know if I am ban?

Hey, I went AFK and I came back and it said I was disconnected. I restarted my game and know if wont let me connect. Does this mean I am banned or is the server down or what.

You was just AFK kicked, EU2 has some problems, so that's probably the reason why you can't connect, just keep trying or use US or try EU1.

 

Edit: you must restart game, if you was disconected.

Nope, you don't appear to be banned.

 

Try connecting few more times.
