Unable to go online

so i can log in to the ETS2 multiplayer client and get onto the game fine but i can't connect to the online it keeps saying offline in the top right corner of the screen and it says "the connection to the server is broken restart the game to connect again" i do what it says and it does nothing. what is the problem ? and how do i fix it so i can go online?

you are logging onto a server whihc is too full go on eu5

Make sure you're not using a VPN. Also check your Internet speed

It may be something to do with your internet speed. I had the same problem until my ISP sent me a new router

tried every server and they are all saying the same thing and i have checked the speed test and i am not using a vpn & my router is fine i got a new one a little over a month ago ? :/

Send in a support ticket and they should be able to help

i think i may have sorted it out my buddy told me there was an update yesterday but my client didn't do it so it must of been that i just re installed the client and it worked
