You have to double click on the file, and it will say install. If you are trying to extract it, it will not work, which is possibly why you have this message. I haven't seen this before, but make sure your not trying to extract the mod. Confused. Anyways, i uploaded the same .zip file to another free service. Maybe it works this time?
