If I disconnect from the multiplayer, will the job timer stop ?
Because it happened to me once that I had to go out, and I closed the game, and when I came back I saw that I was late for the job and got no money when I finished it.
Is there any solution to this?

Quick answer: No

You must finish the job. MP and SP use different times.

As the game time is set to the server time when you join, the chances are if you have a job in SP and go to MP, it will be late or if you leave an MP job and return later it will also become late.
