Can't launch game!!!

hello, as I updated game, I can't launch it, shows, that I don't have permission to access fail, tried "Run As Administrator"   but it's not going, and I have to go to convoy after 40 min.

I just solved this problem (reinstalled all contents of MP) weird first time I have this problem, never faced even simillar problem (MOVE TOO SOLVED) )

Try uninstalling and reinstalling it during the installation please specify where you have installed the game it should usually be this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2
