cabin accesories DLC not working

I want to know why my cabin Accessories for dlc not working as it is instaled and is 're not on my list when I Demare multiplayer while in the solo he is

Do you have the Dlc activated?

Multiplayer currently does not allow certain mods and has minor bugs with the dlc. When your starting the multiplayer try starting it with directx mode instead of the original one and make sure your mods are ticked in mod manager when your starting to play. There are no bugs... we fully support any DLC's...

Try to verify the files.

1) Make sure it's installed and activated

2)Make sure you're trying to buy the extra stuff correctly

3)Verify game cache

4)If all else fails re-install game
