friend still waiting for verification email....s

Hi a friend just register ( over 1hour ) and he still still waiting for the verification, is there a problem sending them?

 

his email included the word ( not the full email, it maybe be easier for you to identify it ) german(etc) and its a gmail account and he did check the spam folder and there's nothing in there.

 

If a moderator / admin could maybe manual send a confirmation email or advise what to do we would appreciate.
