Windows protected my pc?

When I download ets2 multiplayer and I click on the file to start the install process, its says Windows protected your pc. And when I drag it too the desktop and try it says windows cannot open this folder, acess denied.

Can someone help me?

May I ask what Windows version you have? E.g XP or Windows 7.

@Trucker. W8 will prompt you with that. I've never seen windows 7 do that for me.

I've seen it on a Windows 2012 server, on that one I had to right click on the program and select Unlock from Properties page, not for ETS2, something else. Don't know if it will work for you since we don't know what you are running.

is your anti virus blocking it as its a .exe
