Installation Problem

So my friend isn't able to install the multiplier client, because when he selects the Ets2 file, the setup wont accept the 1.17.1s version which is the newest version. We tried everything but it wont install, because of the false version bug. Please help,

I had a problem getting it updated last Thursday

I think that's a different problem, It wont recognize the correct version of ets2

Go into your steam library and right click on your main ETS 2 game (not the mp)

 

Right click and select view downloadable content

 

click the updates tab

 

under automatic updates what have you got it set to?

 

If its not high priority select that

 

On the betas tab select 1.17.1 if you opt out now it will download the latest version which is 1.18

the latest version is still 1.17.x not 1.18 1.18 is in beta

Its not a Bug.

A Moderator can move this to Help?

Check please you have the correct ETS2 Version.

When its not working reinstall ETS2MP and check the Pfad.
