Game always crashing

Hi, so it's been a while since my game does that to me but now, it's getting really anoying.

Sometimes, (most of the time in cities), my game crashes for no reason, and then after this, it tells me that I cannot join, it might be an internet issue.

 

I really don't know why does my game do that to me x)

Most likely cause for the bit in bold is a full server if you can't get on EU 1 log off and try EU 2

 

No idea why it crashes all I can suggest is re installing the multi player

When you start the game, befor you login click on Settings => General, disable "Use fast loading of Models (experimental)"...

And btw can a Mod move this to Help?
