Suggestion Name: VTC logger with TMP VTC

Suggestion Description: I would love to note have to use third party progras to log my vtc jobs.
I would be awesome to have the truckersmp VTC logging jobs too, instead of using other programs to see the amount of activity a vtc has.

Why should it be added?: Less programs around the computer, TMP only. And More easy to see active peoples inside a vtc.
