Problem with instalation : kernel32.dll

Hello, i have a problem.. When I try installation TruckersMP on my old windows 7 i have a this problem... Can somebody help me whith this ? I do everything what I can but I can't open this file

Greetings, TruckersMP has discontinued support for Windows 7. You need to upgrade to the new windows 10 operating system and the problems will disappear.
