The server thinks I ban escape

My little brother was recently banned from truckersmp, he tried to delete the account or something similar, changing his IP and other bho stuff.
The problem is that, using the same PC, the server thinks I'm evading the ban when in reality I bought euro trucks yesterday, can anyone help me please?
I contacted Game Moderation Management, 1 day has passed with no response, I don't understand if it is possible to solve this problem or not.

Now that I've bought ETS2 I discover that I can't log in because of my idiot brother, I've watched a lot of videos from tmp, staff series and many others, 

tell me there is a way to solve it :')

Your only option is feedback system and waiting for response, it will take several days, usually.

But don't expect anybody falling for this totally believable story.
