If i correctly understood, i need to learn english better than i have now. But my question is - when admins recruiting for moderation? I couldn't find anything about it

To answer your question, when recruitment for any team is going to open, it is announced on discord, forum, website and social media accounts. You can follow the recruitment on website and forum links below.

There is no specific time when they recruit. according to my knowledge they recruit whenever they feel they are short of staff members.
