Can you elaborate on your question?

For example, which keyboard / mouse / steering wheel set do you play with?

If you play with the keyboard and cannot accelerate, can you set the settings to default and switch on the engine by pressing the "E" key first? Can you then press the gas with "W" and try?

If you are talking about make to car move on, you should check your keyboard settings. You will see it as gas - acceleration in the keyboard settings. You can also select the most suitable key for yourself by using the key assignment options on the right of the menu. (Usually W)
