Hello, does anyone know what it means that 'Parts that are floating or clipping into models are not allowed' in save editing

Is there any connection to local mods (such as sound and model accessories that use the /home directory)?

I will explain to you that the rule change will not have any impact on your modified interior or sound [V8]. What the rule states is that you cannot use cargo that is floating on a trailer or something that has been modified. For example, cows floating on trailers are covered by this rule, or illegal tires. For example, if you change the tires of a truck to Skoda tires, this is not allowed because there are very big hidden dangers.
