Problem connecting to truckersmp

Hello, I was searching the forum but I couldn't find my problem to connect, the problem I have is that when I start the Eurotruck to enter the map I get this thing that I am going to put.
Connecting to Simulation 1 server...
Connection established Position in queue 4.
Connection refused. You are not owner of some DLC you use.

Hello, first of all, I wish you a good day. I hope you have a wonderful day. I understand your problem, don't worry. I'm here to help

 

 

Have you tried going to and using the "Check for DLC" button? https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings

 

If this method didn't work

 

1. Open steam, go to library and right click on ETS2. Then click properties. 

2. Click the DLC tab and un-check all the DLCs which don't work

3. Wait for them to uninstall then check the boxes again for them to install again

4. Wait for them to install again. 

5. Open ETS2 and check that all DLCs work

 

If this doesnt work then then verify your file integrity.

 

1. Follow up to step [2] in the above list but click "Local Files" tab

2. Click "Verify file integrity" 

3. Wait for steam to verify

4. Open the game and test DLCs.

(verify your DLCs from here https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings/redirect/dlc)

Remember your steam profile is set to Public (Steam profile -> Edit profile -> My privacy settings, and make sure that both My profile and Game details are set to Public.)

 Welcome here at TruckersMP Forums (Help section) 

 

 

 

According to your issue you mentioned please read folloing steps:

 

Firstly make sure you have steam set up to public.

- > Have you tried to launch TMP as administrator? 

 

- > Does it always happen when you want to enter in to MP? 

 

 

 

If you have recently bought some dlc, I recommend you to check all dlc here: https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings

  - Linked DLC's - > click to check dlc and wait.

If it won't help, here are another solutions you can try: 

 

-  I recommend you to - re-install TruckersMP launcher - remove it from your PC, and also press Windows + R - > write programdata - > then found a TMP folder and remove it too. 

 

Then go to documents find folders called ETS2/ATSMP and delete them too. 

 

Once you are done, you can install it all the updates again.
