Hi,

 

The title says the issue.

"Connection refused. You are not owner of some DLC you use"

 

My DLCs are linked to my TruckersMP profile. (In total 46 DLC)

I do not own any cracked DLC.

I verified game files with Steam after deleting dlc files inside the installation path.

 

I noticed something. I do not have any paint job DLC but when I open the game with TruckersMP launcher it activates them.

If I open the original version they are not activated.

Welcome here at TruckersMP Forums (Help section) 

 

According to your issue you mentioned please read following steps: 

 

  • Firstly make sure you have steam set up to public.

- > Have you tried to launch TMP as administrator? 

- > Does it always happen when you want to enter in to MP? 

 

If you have recently bought some dlc, I recommend you to check all dlc here: https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings  - Linked DLC's - > click to check dlc and wait.

Yes, it always happen. I haven't played it yet.

I synced my DLCs. It shows 16 DLC.

Hello there, @Cibril_

 

First of all, thank you for replying to my comment. 

 

In this case it seems like a bug, which may be in the launcher or some issues with data from the website. 

 

In this momment I recommend you to - re-install TruckersMP launcher - remove it from your PC, and also press Windows + R - > write programdata - > then found a TMP folder and remove it too. 

Then go to documents find folders called ETS2/ATSMP and delete them too. 

 

Once you are done, you can install it all the updates again. 

 

If nothing from my posted solutions above will not be working, then please contact the support them over the website -> https://truckersmp.com/support/tickets
