Banning by coding without knowing

What should we do in this process if we are banned from incorrect coding or improper trailer use in the lorry we have used unknowingly? 
Will the defeated ban be directly perma?
Yes, if this happens, what should the banned user do?
because he might not have done it knowing he'd get banned. Since there are many people coding, he may have created a nice reflection for himself by creating a different concept

• When you set up a faulty trailer, you will be automatically kicked out. However, if you use a tool that reduces fps excessively (whether you know it or not), if someone reports you, you will be penalized and I don't think you will get a positive response even if you object. That's why I recommend checking it thoroughly before using coding tools.

When you have been banned due to "§3 - Save Editing", the ban will be permanent until the coded part(s) removed.

When you removed the coded parts you can appeal your ban by clicking HERE.

Your appeal will be reviewed as soon as possible.

§3 - Save Editing

Causing extreme lag or game crashes by save editing is not permitted. Extreme lag will not occur from duplicate parts unless the amount is truly excessive. If you save edit to create a very long trailer combination but cannot safely handle it, you are liable to be banned for reckless driving and/or blocking and it is recommended that you remove the particular modification(s). If the Game Moderation Management thinks that your modification is not fit for our servers or negatively impacts other people, you are liable to be banned until the modification has been removed.
