Questions about map editor (add-on team help)

Cloudy_TMP

Question

Hello everyone!

I wanted to create a map using the map editor, so I've been working hard on the map since last week. And today, the map is complete and I need to find a sector to save and convert to mod, but I don't know how to find it.
I'd appreciate it if you could tell me where the sectors on the map I've modified are and how to view them.

Hello @Cloudy_TMP,

I will try my best to solve the problem you are having.

I will now explain how to find a sector name.

First, it is recommended to use the "C" key to navigate to the top-down view to see what sectors are there.

1. When you've added all the components, scroll the screen sky-high.

 2. Press the "A" key on your keyboard. Then, the screen configuration changes and sector names appear.

3. Find the location of the area you modified, check the sector name. In the case of the photo above, the sector name is "sec-0006-0002"

I hope my solution helps you. :HaulieLove:

Kind regards,
