bonjour, mon jeu plante, je lance Truckersmp via Trucky, d’où ça vient ? J’ai redémarré le pc mais toujours le même j’ai pu conduire pendant 25min puis il s’est écrasé à nouveau, j’ai eu un message d’erreur.

hello, my game crashes, I launch Truckersmp via Trucky, where does this come from? I restarted the pc but still the same I was able to drive for 25min then it crashed again I got an error msg.

You mentioned that you had a problem I'm really sorry about that. You can be sure that I will do my best to help you.

  1. Try uninstalling Trucky.
  2. Verify your ETS2/ATS2 files in steam. (Steam -> Right Click ETS2/ATS2 -> Properties -> Verify integrity of game files)
  3. Run the launcher as administrator. ( TruckersMP Launcher -> Right Click -> Run As Administrator)
  4. Start ET2/ATS2 with OpenGL. (Steam ETS2/ATS2 -> Play -> Start with OpenGL -> Press DRIVE Button  -> Drive a Short Distance -> Close ETS2/ATS2 -> Try Running TruckersMP as Administrator)
  5. Win+R -> Type CMD -> when cmd is opened type sfc /scannow -> Wait until scan complete -> Restart your computer.
  6. Start ET2/ATS2 with x64 DirectX. (Steam ETS2/ATS2 -> Play -> Start with x64 DirectX -> Press DRIVE Button  -> Drive a Short Distance -> Close ETS2/ATS2 -> Try Running TruckersMP as Administrator)

If it doesn't work despite these steps please delete the launcher and all its files and install it again.

  1. Win+R -> %programdata% -> Delete TruckersMP folder.
  2. C:\Program Files\ -> Delete the folder named TruckersMP Launcher.
  3. Documents -> Delete ETS2MP and ATS2MP folders.
  4. Win+R -> regedit -> expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> expand SOFTWARE -> delete TruckersMP file.

After doing these click HERE to download the Launcher again.

  5. Win+R -> Tapez CMD -> lorsque cmd est ouvert, tapez sfc /scannow -> Attendez la fin de l'analyse > Redémarrez votre ordinateur.
  6. Démarrez ET2/ATS2 avec x64 DirectX. (Steam ETS2/ATS2 -> Lecture -> Démarrer avec x64 DirectX -> Appuyez sur le bouton DRIVE  -> Parcourez une courte distance -> Fermer ETS2/ATS2 -> Essayez d'exécuter TruckersMP en tant qu'administrateur)

 

Si cela ne fonctionne pas malgré ces étapes, veuillez supprimer le lanceur et tous ses fichiers et réinstallez-le.

  1. Win+R -> %programdata% -> Supprimer le dossier TruckersMP.
  2. C:\Program Files\ -> Supprimez le dossier nommé TruckersMP Launcher.
  3. Documents -> Supprimer les dossiers ETS2MP et ATS2MP.
  4. Win+R -> regedit -> développer HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> développer SOFTWARE -> supprimer le fichier TruckersMP.

Après avoir fait cela, cliquez sur "ICI" pour télécharger à nouveau le lanceur.

Hello, thank you but I tried everything it's always the same, I drive and at one point I have a black screen then a crash 😕

For getting an idea of what could cause this problem, I would like you to send me the following log files:

  • game.log.txt file (right after the game crashed) → C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2
  • client_.log file → C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\ETS2MP\logs

The content of the file can be copy-pasted to https://pastebin.com. 1 file → 1 pastebin link. Then send the created Pastebin links here.

The game crashes are directly connected to Trucky application. As a solution, you can either remove the application, plugin or contact Trucky support for additional assistance.

I don't know if that's it but with the snowflakes maybe there is a conflict can I disable it?

 

You can disable snowflakes via settings within TAB. Look for "Seasonal Effects" option that is ticked. You need to remove the tick.
