After properly reviewing your Steam account in order to troubleshoot the problem, I was able to notice that your Steam profile settings are not currently publicly set. In order to fix that, please follow the steps listed in our very own knowledge base article found here: https://truckersmp.com/kb/44 Please also ensure that your Steam Privacy Settings match the ones in the screenshot in that article.
