You should know the requirements related to Forum Moderation Team and Translation Team. You can find it from here : 

When they need new a team member, they create a recruitment in the website. You should check it as a routine. That’s all

Make sure to always check recruitment forum page as that is the place, where staff announces any recruitment in the process.
