ERROR DETECTED IN CONTENT

Need help... I am having a problem that is always present when I am playing Multiplayer and then I go to play Offline, and it says 

 

"Content changes have been detected. To avoid compatibility issues with save games after a world map tamper, all pending deliveries have been canceled without penalty. If necessary, your truck will be moved to a secure location."

TruckersMP has parts of the map that have been modified, like the Calais-Duisburg area, where some places have been changed to try and make traffic flow a bit better. Also there's the new HQ event, all that area doesn't exist in the base map. Those modifications are detected when you use in single player the same profile that you used previously in TMP, so the message is inevitable. It's one of the reasons why it's suggested to have separate profiles for single player and TruckersMP.
