Rain visual bug in Mann truck

there is a smudge-like 'wall' on my truck supposedly imitating the heavy rain without using the wipers. Was wondering if that's your doing or if that's the report for the game devs themselves?

During heavy rain, that thing extends to my right hand side mirror which makes my driving on "Scottish weather" level
