Error when open the app

Hello @pmdsaude,

 

Firstly, welcome to the TruckersMP forum.

Secondly, congrats on making your very first forum Topic 🙂 

 

For this problem, please try the following:

 

1. Go to the bottom right hand corner of your monitor, right click on your internet icon (Be it wired or wireless)
2. Select “Open Network & Internet settings” from the popup menu.
3. Select 'Change adapter settings'
4. Right click the adapter that you're currently using. For Wireless: 'Wi-Fi X'. For wired: 'Ethernet X'
5. Hit properties
6. Find TCP/IPv6 (Internet Protocol Version 6) -> https://gyazo.com/ccc4ab04a593f00f9b5c3de75644b25d
7. Remove the checkmark to the left of it
8. Hit ok
9. Leave the 'network connections' window open
10. Open TruckersMP launcher, and head to any game server.
11. Once connected to a server, close down the game again.
12. Head back to the 'network connections' window
13. Right click the adapter that you're currently using. For Wireless: 'Wi-Fi X'. For wired: 'Ethernet X' again
14. Hit properties
15. Find TCP/IPv6 (Internet Protocol Version 6) -> https://gyazo.com/ccc4ab04a593f00f9b5c3de75644b25d
16. Set the checkmark again, and hit ok.
17. Now see if you still can open the TruckersMP launcher and join a MP server.

 

If problem is solved, you can close any window you no longer want to have open 🙂

Solution: 

 

 

 

In most cases this issue is being fixed with Starting TruckersMP Launcher as Administrator (right click on TMP - launch as admin) 

 

If it wont help, re-install TruckersMP with this solution; 

1. Start TruckersMP Launcher 

2. Press F1 - it will automatically re-install your Launcher
