The 2FA code is generated in an app on your phone, not sent to you in an email.

yes i check my spam folder  also my inbox folder

If you're on about 2FA, you need to follow General18's instructions.

 

However, if not, did you try to get the system to resend the email by requesting it again, just incase there was an unforeseen error the first time around?
