Roundabout at the intersection after the petrol station in Duisburg, towards Calais (where the traffic lights are now)and not only

I propose the creation of a roundabout after the petrol station in Duisburg in the direction of Calais, so to speak. Where at the moment the traffic light is located.  Obviously, the roundabout cannot only be built at this intersection because in this way it would favor a continuous flow of traffic and therefore block the entire roundabout as there would be no quota (which instead makes the traffic light).  Therefore, in addition to building the roundabout at this intersection, the roundabout should be built at all the busiest intersections in Duisburg including the petrol station intersection. This would avoid blocking the entire road leading into Duisburg.  Generally this road takes about 10 minutes If not 15 When there is high traffic.  This solution would also lead to avoiding the creation of the NO COLLISION Zone in Duisburg.  Obviously some traffic will remain but the estimated crossing time will go from the current 15 minutes to 5 minutes at peak times.
