  1. Beware of the red light runners. "Traffic lights and stop signs can be ignored if no other users are in the immediate area." (TruckersMP rules, §2 Game only rules) Or in simple words: the TruckersMP team allows their players to run red lights and stop signs. Period. Because the rest of the rule is formulated so vaguely it leaves too much room for individual interpretations. So what exactly means "immediate area" for you, TruckersMP team? Is it a matter of meters or rather of minutes...? I believe that ff you ask 10 players about their idea of "immediate area" you will likely get 11 different answers. And as long as this paragraph of the rules stays like this, you the TruckersMP team will continue to face reports of reckless driving players that caused accidents by running red lights. Unless it doesn't matter to you... And you, dear community members? What is your definition of "immediate area"? Please share your ideas, questions and comments below. Thank you!
  2. Suggestion Name: CURB WRONG WAY DRIVING Suggestion Description: We all have noticed close calls and head-on collisions due to wrong way driving and especially when switching from GB to EU or vice-versa. So in order to eliminate this my suggestion is, as we get "15 sec kick countdown"for switching on lights, same should be for wrong way driving and for that "10 sec kick window" is enough to warn the drivers to switch lane or else get auto kicked. Why should it be added?: This will prevent "head-on collisions or close calls and reckless driving" to some extent.
  3. So I was sitting in the yard of a garage, front towards the garage, with a trailer. I checked the minimap and saw that there was no immediate traffic outside the garage, and proceeded to back out into the road. I was in good control of the trailer, aiming it properly towards the empty lane from which I was going to continue my journey. I was also in good control of the traffic situation, as there was none. Suddenly, I get kicked for "reckless driving". Look, I get it, I could've easily have turned around inside the yard of the garage, but why bother kicking someone in such a mellow and well controlled situation? I wasn't speeding, wasn't blocking, and certainly not being reckless. I got hit by others recklessly 3 times on my last journey, but no kicking occured in any of those situations. I see people ramming others on purpose in the entrances of pickup yards all the time without getting kicked. My questions here are as follows: Is this regime of randomly kicking on principle a common theme amongst moderators? Is it a common problem there may be some desynch in the network, leading to me seeing a completely different traffic situation than what the moderator saw? Should I always drive in fear of doing something wrong, even when I'm not?
