Problem solved, Kaspersky (anti-virus) was interacting with the mp files and I had to make it so it doesn't do that anymore.

Tried that but like said; it doesn't go back to desktop. ets2 screen stays on top which means I cannot select or see the task manager.

Greetings, I recently decided to install ETS2 again because I wanted to have something to play after I got home from work. Decided to install the multiplayer mod. Problem that I have is that it starts the game and goes through the 2 start screens and once it's supposed to actually get into the game it completely freezes the game and even when pressing ALT + F4 it won't shut down, it won't go back to desktop either by pressing ALT + TAB so I basically have to restart my entire pc
