Low FPS when entering Rotterdam or other crowded cities.

Hi guys, I just got truckersMP today. It's awesome. I get a solid 60-80 fps on highways and other cities, but when I enter Rotterdam, my fps goes down to 5. Yes, 5 FPS. Its a slideshow. Is there any way to fix this? PC SPECS i3-4130 8 GB of RAM GTX 750 Ti OC'ed GA-H81M-HD3 my PC is above the requirements.
