    Hello @Caillou_

     

    1)Change your e-mail address. There is a known issue that some of the e-mail addresses do not work when logging into the MP client. Change your e-mail address of the account to one that will work with the MP client. An example would be Yahoo!, Gmail, Hotmail account.

    In order to change your e-mail address, you need to contact Support team and have them change your e-mail address. Simply create a new ticket and ask them to change your e-mail address for your account.

    2)Make sure that @ symbol is working when you're logging into MP. Sometimes it's easy to miss that you have not entered the @ symbol for your e-mail address when logging in. If that's the case, you need to either hold down ALT and type 64 (using numpad) to create the @ symbol, or copy and paste one into the login screen.

    3)Make sure you're logging in with the correct Steam account (the one that is linked with your ETS2MP profile).

    Calais-Duisburg arasında tüm oyuncular sıkıntı çekmekte. Eğer kuralları ihlal eden oyuncular var ise video kaydı alarak rapor oluşturabilirsiniz. @Galeavia adlı üyeninde dediği gibi buradaki adminler gönüllü olarak işlerini yapıyorlar ve boş zamanlarını buraya ayırıyorlar.

    1)Ters şeritten geliyorsunuz.

    2)Suçlu olduğunuz halde karşınızdaki oyuncuya argo kullanıyorsunuz.

    3)Ban itirazı yapın ama açılacağını düşünmüyorum sizin haklı olduğunuzu gösterecek bir şey yok ortada.

    4)Video kaydı yapan oyuncunun neresi suçlu bunu da merak ediyorum ?

    Harita sınırlarının dışına çıkmak 

    Araçla gidilebilir olanlar dahil olmak üzere, herhangi bir şekilde harita sınırlarının dışına çıkmak; resmi oyun içi yöneticisi (IGA) veya benzeri bir yetkiniz olmadığı sürece yasaktır.

    Bu kurala uymamış bulunuyorsunuz. Admin size F7+Enter veya oyundan çıkmanız için yeterli bir süre vermiş bulunuyor. Fakat siz 1 dakika boyunca olduğunuz yerde durduğunuzu görüyoruz bu tercihi zamanında kullanmadığınız için admin kuralı uygulamak zorunda kalmıştır.

     

    Haksız ban yediğinizi düşünüyorsanız eğer: [email protected] adresine mail atabilirsiniz.

    Sırasıyla;
    1)Ekran kartınızın driver güncellemelerinin son sürümde olduğundan emin olun.
    2)Oyun içi şirketinizde bulunan işçileri işten çıkartın ve boş tırları satın.
     
    Sorununuz devam ederse;
    3)Yeni ve temiz bir save dosyası ile oyuna girmeyi deneyin.
    4)Truckersmp Launcher programını silin ve tekrar yüklemeyi deneyin.
    5)Belgelerim/Euro Truck Simulator 2/config.cfg dosyasını silin ve oyuna girmeyi deneyin.
