Dit is een slechte suggestie, de Firewall beschermt je voor aanvallen van buitenaf en blokkeert de communicatie van ongewenste software.Als je slechte ping hebt in 1 spel, is het beter om uit te zoeken welke poorten dit spel gebruikt. En op de modem/router in te loggen, en portforwarding in te stellen voor het betreffende spel.
Dit is wel categorie moeilijk. Omdat elke modem / router weer een andere interface heeft. Voor hulp kun je het beste zoeken op google: handleiding portforwarding *modem/routermerk en uitvoering*.
Nog een suggestie: Controleer na opstarten van je PC, of Windows updates klaar staan om te installeren.Meestal geeft windows rechts onderin, een notificatie voor dat er updates klaarstaan.
Zo ja, installeer deze. Je zult wel opnieuw moeten opstarten.
Zodra Windows updates heeft klaarstaan, zijn er systeembestanden vergrendeld of niet goed toegankelijk. Hierdoor kan je computer trager of slechter reageren.
Windows wordt meestal op dinsdag geüpdatet. -

It is just because TMP requires ETS2/ATS 1.39 to play, and WoT requires ETS2/ATS 1.40.
If you want to drive WoT jobs, you will have to upgrade to 1.40, but then you can't play on TMP. And vice-versa.
You could download a job generator, if you can't find any jobs. Like Trucky or Virtual_SPeditor.
Or you need to reset your economy.-

Suggestion Name: Change the ingame time on event server(s)
Suggestion Description:
If most convoys start at 18:00 UTC, maybe the ingame time on the event server could be changed?
If possible, when a convoy on the event server starts, that the ingame time is set to like 06:00. So everyone can enjoy a nice route during the day.

Now if the convoy starts at 18:00 UTC Summertime, ingame it is 20:00, meaning the entire convoy is being driven in the dark.
And when it is night time ingame, you can't see anything of the environment, so what is the use of making a scenic route, if you can't see anything off it?
Edit: If it is not possible to make the Event servers, start at a certain time. It might be an idea to forward the ingame time with 6 hours.
Cause 1 hours IRL is 6 hours ingame.
See it as switching between winter/summer time.
Edit 2: As this might take a long time, before it is implanted. To clarify:When summertime comes in effect IRL, the ingame time is forwarded with 6 hours.
And then if the ingame time has been forwarded with 6 hours.Then when wintertime comes in effect IRL, the ingame time is set back with 6 hours.
In this topic more people voted against changing the ingame time.

I bought a Braco yesterday, and drove around a little. And the interior was that of the van.
When I was in SP, I sold the Braco, because I thought it was a bug.
Now I bought the Braco again today, and now the interior is like that of a scout, instead of a van.
Is this due to the burning down of the datacenter?

Since yesterday I was beginning to wonder, how does the in-game report tool work?
I've searched for information via the search tool, but could not find relevant topics.
So the player presses tab.
Selects the driver that needs to be reported.
Press report.
Click on the offence.
And press submit.
But what happens then?
Is the report tool giving a small video to the admin, clicking on the report, showing what happened?
Is it only a live tool, like if the admin clicks on it, he goes to the location:If he is in time, he sees what's going on.
If he is too late, nothing is happening anymore?
Maybe explaining the difference on the forum, might help people use the website report tool more, to get trolls of the road? -
If you press tab when you are ingame, then you get a list of all drivers in the area, the top one being yourself.
There you will see how much ms your ping is, with the server.
It could be if you have a high ping, even with your fiber broadband. That your firewall (Windows or the modem) is blocking TMP internet access.-

I have a solution:
Make several tollbooths that are synced with each other, at the cities edge, that only one truck can go through at the time.
If a truck enters, at the back a gate closes, so nobody can enter.
If 2 trucks enter the tollbooth at the same time (because it is in the NCZ), the last one entering gets auto-kicked.
Make them pay 50K to enter and leave Duisburg
I'm just kidding that is just too much work, for a city that will get a make-over soon.
And equip all junctions on the D-C route with traffic lights with barriers that go up and down. If you want to run through a red light BAM!Or we can just wait for the Germany map update to release..

Real ops was amazing. Saw some fire engines, police chases, a road full with fallen trees, a closed highway section, filled with construction vehicles. Also saw one of the event staff driving a bobcat XD
Stood in a trafficjam for half a hour. Luckily I was voice chatting with others from my VTC, so it wasn't too bad. But hey, this is real ops. I would've been disappointed if there wasn't a huge traffic jam.
Staff did a amazing job informing people about the traffic jam, and told people not to go on that road. Same as in real life.
