I cant reinstall it, I've choised the right folder and even game runninng good when I try to open it from steam.... there is gotta be other to fix that??

Basically i've installed a new windows,and I was having ET2 in diffrent folder in diffrent partition, and I was Just for avoiding to download the game from the beginning, I've copied the game Folder to were I installed my steamapps which In C partition, and i test it and the game have been running well and matching with steam, and then i downloaed the online mod and i've installled it, and first time I open it I got an error says that " net framework v4.0.30319 needs to be installed Before running this program", and i've downloaded what error says which is Net framework v4 and I installed it then again I try it open the program (TruckersMP) to see if there any other error, then I found that program dosent work.. I mean when I click to open it doesn't open and there is no errors shows.. i've tried to see if it works in bakcground and I found nothing running in background, i've uninstalled it and Installed it again and dosent work at all, any help please? Note that the game works fine in offline mode!.. Windows 7 64-Bit

How Could i Downgrading or Upgrading ?, I have last update for MP and same in steam, and if there any update for ETS, It Should be downloading by itself.

I allready choosen " NONE - Opt out of all beta program " And there no update downloading

Game with running early today good, but now This Message Keeps Pops UP A help ?
