Player solved problem by setting compatibility on Windows 10. (User is running windows 10, had compatibility at another OS)

If the other player has the same paintjob DLC as you, he will be able to see it. If he doesn't have the same DLC, he won't. He'll just see the base color of your truck.

When installing ETS2MP, you must select that path when it asks for it. Please re-install ETS2MP.

I'm sorry. I'd say uninstall ETS2MP and ETS2, install ETS2, then ETS2MP. But this is really the last advice i can give you. The last thing you can do is contact support, but it can take a while before you'll receive an answer. So my advice is create a support ticket: http://ets2mp.com/support/and try the above while you wait for help.
