Suggestion name:
Expanding amount of handled website reports
Suggestion description:
I've noticed that it's taking unacceptably long for reports to be claimed and handled. I therefore suggest that either:
- The current responsible people get a daily quotum of website reports to handle, or if such quotum already excists, to raise it. And/or;
- Recruit more people to handle the great amount of website reports. And/or;
- A combination of the above

Why it should be added:
It's taking several days for reports to be claimed and handled. Potential perpetrators such as cheaters may roam within the community for days, ruining other member's their gaming experience. Considering that the community has grown exponentially since it's excistance, it is of great significance to grow the staff team along with it. Not doing so results in what is pretty much rather a complaint than a suggestion such as the above. I sincerely hope this suggestion will be taken in to consideration. Thank you.

Is there a folder in your documents called "ETS2MP" ? Does it contain launcher.dat, config.dat, etc.?
Also, could you give us some more information about your system?

Like Firestarter said, it could be due to the fact that your PC is in Russian. This might be a way to fix it:
When installing MP, it first asks you to choose a language. Have you put Russian or English? In case you put Russian but problem still happens: Create new folders, in same path, in Latin letters. So in your library create a folder named "Documents" and put the ETS2MP map in there.

It was a nice convoy, lots of people. Too bad it crashed because too many people at the same spot at Rostock.

In your client log it says it can't open config.dat. Make sure there's a folder in your documents called "ETS2MP". It should automatically create one for you when installing MP. If it hasn't, try downloading and installing MP again.

Try to uninstall ETS2MP. Restart your PC, download ETS2MP and try again.

Select another version, click play so that steam installs it, then select 1.21.1s again and repeat previous steps to install 1.21.1s again. Then try again to see if MP starts.

I believe i've once red on the forums that bans rarely get removed. I believe Vodka said it, all i can remember that it was a high staff member at least. So i don't think they will accept this suggestion.
It doesn't really matter, because if you apply for a staff position for example they also look at how long ago your last ban was.
