i am in indiana in the US...when i check my ping in game its never above 60 but i still get the average high ping kick..im just lost at what it could be

So when I play ATS on the US server after about 30 mins of playing I get Kicked for average high ping but I have had tab open and my ping never is above 60 what can I do to stop the average high ping kick
